Refund Policy

14-day refund window
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. We will refund the full amount to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
Renewals
Renewal charges are also refundable within 14 days of the charge date, provided the Service has not been used substantially in that period. Cancelling before a renewal date always avoids the charge entirely.
How to request a refund
Email us at altaf@altaf.ai with your account email and the date of the charge. No justification is required inside the 14-day window.
After the window
Outside the 14-day window we do not refund unused time, but you can cancel at any time from the Billing page and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
